What I most appreciate about this product is that it makes it possible to communicate with people whom I otherwise never would be able to speak to because of the language barrier. Lately I have been speaking to people from different countries who did not speak any of the languages I speak.

I must admit initially I was very sceptical of this translator and Enence but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and the translator is exactly what was described and will be very useful on our future travels.
